A PAN I.T product

One console for the whole lab, front desk to results.

LMS is a lab management system built to run a diagnostic lab day to day — registration and billing, phlebotomy worklists, bench results entry, a four-eyes review before anything is released, inventory, and accounts, all in one place. It runs entirely on the lab's own local network — patient data never touches the internet.

In active development — built for a single lab first, LAN-only, no cloud backups.

LMS dashboard showing today's revenue, net profit, a 7-day revenue vs. COGS chart, and stock warningsPatient intake and order form with allergies, emergency contact, insurance provider, and referral detailsA digitally signed lab report with a QR verification code and dual sign-off from the lab's director and supervisorStock and inventory dashboard with low-stock and expiry warnings and automatic reorder suggestionsAccounts dashboard with today's revenue, net, and expenses, and quick links to P&L, payroll, and insurance claims

Revenue, margin, and stock warnings on one screen — no waiting for an end-of-day spreadsheet.

Why LMS

Every stage of a sample's journey, in one system.

Front desk & registration

Patient intake, order creation, cashier billing, and shift handoffs, all from one front-desk workspace.

Phlebotomy & sample tracking

Draw worklists and barcode sample labels keep every specimen traceable from collection to bench.

Bench testing & results entry

Results are entered per test catalog against the sample's own worklist, not a generic form.

Four-eyes review

A second reviewer signs off before any result or amendment is released — releases and edits stay immutable once confirmed.

Inventory & consumables

Reagents and containers are tracked with usage logs, so stock levels reflect what the bench actually consumed.

Accounts, payroll & insurance

Expenses, income, payroll and payslips, insurance tariffs and claims, and reporting live in one accounts module.

Status

In active development — on-premises by design.

LMS isn't a hosted product with a public sign-up — it runs on the lab's own local network, on the lab's own hardware, with local-only backups. If you run a lab and want to see it in more detail, get in touch.
